Yoga builds physical strength and mental stamina, and promotes relaxation and calm. This makes it a wonderful preparation for childbirth. Our Prenatal Yoga classes target spinal alignment, building of the birthing and pelvic floor muscles, and deep breathing techniques.

What a session looks like
The Studio
Our prenatal yoga classes are conducted in our dedicated yoga studio at our spa, located in Paragon, Orchard. The studio is equipped with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and dimmers, providing a cosy environment for the mummies. Yoga mats and pillows are provided — just bring yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
When do the yoga classes take place?
Our prenatal yoga classes are held on alternate Saturdays. We can host a maximum of 8 individuals per class. A minimum of 3 mums is required to start a class. WhatsApp us for information on our next available date.
Which trimester is the class suitable for?
We recommend Prenatal Yoga for mummies between 20 to 36 weeks into their pregnancy. Earlier or later than that, our therapists can recommend a more suitable treatment from our menu.
What should I bring?
Just yourself in comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and pillows are provided. Hair ties, water bottle, and a small towel are recommended.
What if I’ve never done yoga before?
All postures and movements are introduced step by step and can be modified to your level by our certified instructor. Beginners are welcome — most of our mums are new to yoga.
