Common questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Which massage should I pick if it’s my first time?
If you’re unsure, the Relaxing Body Massage is the gentlest entry point. It’s the most-booked choice for first-time guests who simply want to wind down. Aromatherapy suits anyone carrying stress, tension headaches, or trouble sleeping. Deep Tissue / Tui Na is best for muscle knots and chronic pain. Our therapists will adjust pressure throughout the session, so let them know your preference once you’re on the bed.
How long is each session?
Each Happy Hour massage runs for 60 minutes of hands-on treatment, plus a short consultation at the start so your therapist can tailor the pressure, focus areas, and oil blend to how you’re feeling that day. Intelligent Movement Massage is also 60 minutes.
How often should I book?
It depends on the massage. For chronic tension, weekly Intelligent Movement Massage for 4 to 6 weeks works well, and once a month or as needed for maintenance. For Manual Lymphatic Drainage, one to two sessions a week is a common starting cadence. Your therapist will recommend how often to book.
I’m pregnant. Which massage should I book?
Book our prenatal massage. Prenatal and postnatal massage are designed around pregnancy and postpartum recovery physiology, with safer pressure points, side-lying positioning and hormone-aware oils. Intelligent Movement Massage is built for active, non-pregnant bodies and goes deeper into muscle groups than is safe during pregnancy.
