The essentials

BMB Lactation Clinic

The first few weeks of breastfeeding are rarely what mothers expect. Between navigating a painful latch, fluctuating milk supply, blocked ducts, and the quiet worry of whether your baby is getting enough, the early days of postpartum recovery can feel incredibly overwhelming.

None of these challenges have to be faced alone, and every single one of them is solvable with the right expert help at the right moment.

Professional, Evidence-Based & Unhurried Care

What we Offer

Our clinic bridges the gap between expert maternal medical care and specialised infant nutrition. We deliver highly personalised, evidence-based feeding plans designed to give you and your baby the confidence you deserve.

Every consultation is a full 60 unhurried minutes with an IBCLC-certified consultant, focused entirely on you and your baby. You get a proper feeding observation, a latching and supply assessment, and a personalised plan you can take home and follow, so you leave with clear, practical steps rather than more questions.

Choose whichever suits you: an in-centre session at our Orchard (Paragon) clinic, or a home visit anywhere in Singapore, ideal for the first weeks of postnatal recovery when leaving the house isn’t realistic. Same 60-minute scope, same evidence-based approach, wherever you’re most comfortable.

What happens in a session

The consultation

You'll spend the first ten minutes discussing your story so far, what's working, what's hard, what you'd love to fix. Then we observe a full feed together, take notes, and walk you through any adjustments to position, latch, supply support, or feeding rhythm.

You leave with a written plan, follow-up options, and a direct WhatsApp line to your consultant for quick questions in the days after.
