Can I cancel a session after I have booked it?
Yes, you can cancel a session after booking, but we kindly request that all cancellations be informed at least 3 hours in advance. How is this different from your prenatal or postnatal massage?
Prenatal and postnatal massage are designed around pregnancy and postpartum recovery physiology — safer pressure points, side-lying positioning, hormone-aware oils. Intelligent Movement Massage is built for active, non-pregnant bodies and goes deeper into muscle groups than is safe during pregnancy.
How often should I book?
For chronic tension or rehab, weekly for 4–6 weeks works well. For maintenance or race-week recovery, once a month or as needed. Your therapist will recommend a cadence based on your intake.
