What services or packages can be included in the gift voucher?
Our gift vouchers are fully customisable. Choose from any of our spa services — postnatal massage, prenatal massage, facials, lactation care, recovery treatments, and more. You can also opt for an open value so the recipient picks the service they’d most enjoy.
Are there any expiry dates for the gift vouchers?
Yes, our gift vouchers carry a validity period of 12 months (one year) from the date of issue. Recipients can use them in one visit or spread them across multiple sessions within the window. The expiry date is printed on every voucher so there’s no guesswork.
Can the recipient top up or add services to the gift voucher?
Yes — if the recipient would like to add an extra service or upgrade to a longer package, they can top up the difference at the time of booking. Our front-of-house team will walk them through the menu and help them tailor a session that suits their stage.
Is there a minimum spend at redemption?
A $100 minimum spend applies when redeeming an Open-Value Voucher. There’s no minimum for $50 BMB Gift Vouchers or for Service-Specific Vouchers, since those are already paired to a defined treatment or bundle.
