How do I choose between membership and a one-time promotion?
The $129/month membership suits anyone planning to book treatments regularly (two or more sessions a month). One-time promotions like Happy Hour or our First Trial bundles are designed for one-off treatments or first-time visitors who want to try a service at a reduced rate. WhatsApp our team for a quick recommendation based on your stage and goals.
Are these treatments safe during pregnancy?
Yes — every therapist on our team is trained in pregnancy-safe pressure, positioning, and oils. Specific facials and massages on the list (Prenatal Hydration Facial, Soothing Prenatal Leg Revival, Aromatherapy Massage) are designed for expecting mums. For any treatment outside that explicit list, mention your trimester at booking and we’ll adapt the session.
Can I gift a promotion or bundle to someone else?
Absolutely. Most of our promotions, bundles, and gift vouchers are transferable. Customisable Gift Vouchers are issued as a PDF (email) or PNG (WhatsApp) and can be sent to a recipient anywhere in the world; the recipient redeems in person at our Orchard outlet within the voucher’s 12-month validity.
How do I redeem a sale or first-trial price?

What if I’m unsure which treatment to start with?
Send us a WhatsApp with what’s on your mind — a tired pregnancy back, dehydrated postnatal skin, lingering tension — and we’ll recommend the right starting point. Many first-time guests start with Happy Hour Massage or a Glowing Skin Facial first trial to get familiar with our team before booking deeper packages.
Are promotion prices final, or can they stack with membership?
Member discounts and one-time promotional prices generally can’t be combined, since each promotion already prices in a meaningful discount off the regular rate. Members do get exclusive seasonal and birthday offers throughout the year that aren’t listed on this page — we send them via WhatsApp.
