BMB Our story began in 2009 as Beauty Mums and Babies, founded by Genah Lim with a passion for caring for mothers and their well being. After 17 years and having supported more than 30,000 mothers and women, we have evolved into BMB Holistic Women's Wellness. At BMB, our trusted circle of care brings together experienced professionals in maternal wellness, lactation and breastfeeding, newborn care, baby sleep, physiotherapy, TCM and women's wellness.

Adelyne Velvet As a mum of 4, I know how important it is to take care of ourselves while caring for our families, so I truly recommend all mums, whether you are pregnant, whether you are postpartum or simply looking for wellness and body care, to come and experience BMB for yourself.

BMB Over the years, our commitment has earned us numerous prestigious awards and industry recognitions, as well as strategic partnerships with hospitals and renowned brands. Today we combine trusted expertise, personalised care and advanced wellness technologies to provide effective solutions tailored to every woman. And you'll find us at the prestigious Paragon, right in the heart of Orchard Road, where premium care meets competitive pricing and a commitment to results. Because when it comes to you and your baby, care should never be left to chance.

Jauz Chen I actually enjoyed the whole journey from postpartum until I gave birth because it's like a one stop solution. So Genah and her team actually helped me before I was giving birth, some massage and educating about how having a baby would be like. And after I gave birth, the massage here is really very good. It helped to release a lot of tension and even help to clear my milk ducts, so a lot of questions that I don't know, BMB has all the answers.

Sheryl Koh So I had a lot of back pain during the pregnancy, so coming to BMB for the prenatal massage, it definitely helped to relieve the pain itself. Mummies come to BMB okay?

BMB 17 years of experience. More than 30,000 women supported. Trusted experts. Recognised excellence. BMB Holistic Women's Wellness, we care for the woman you are, at every stage of life.
