How much is BMB Membership?
$129 per month. You can sign up via WhatsApp or in person at our Orchard outlet, and your benefits activate from the date of your first payment. There’s no lock-in period, so you can cancel anytime without penalty.
How do I choose my monthly treatments?
You pick two complimentary treatments every month from the Maternity & Baby Wellness or General Wellness menus. Simply WhatsApp us before your visit, or let our front-of-house team guide you on arrival. Treatments can be redeemed on separate days within the month or saved for a future booking, subject to your membership being active.
Can I share my membership with family or friends?
Yes — one of the most-loved BMB membership benefits is shareability. You can gift your monthly sessions to a sister, friend, daughter, or partner. They’ll enjoy the same treatments at the same member rate, with the only requirement that redemption happens in-store at our Orchard outlet so we can record the session against your account.
What are the redemption rules I should know about?
Complimentary treatments must be redeemed on separate days and cannot be stacked into a single visit. Redemption is available on weekdays between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Unused sessions don’t roll over to the next month, and member discounts cannot be combined with other fixed promotions.
Is there a friend referral program?
Yes. When you refer a friend who signs up, they enjoy a 60-minute Prenatal Massage, Facial, or Body Massage at $68 (usual price $198). You as the referrer receive a complimentary 30-minute Leg Revive Therapy session (usual price $79). Both rewards can be redeemed on separate visits, subject to the same weekday afternoon redemption window.
Can I cancel my membership?
Absolutely. There’s no minimum commitment period. Cancel anytime via WhatsApp or by speaking to our team at the Orchard outlet. Your membership stays active through the end of the billing month, and any unredeemed sessions for that month can still be used before it expires.
