What is Leg Revive Therapy?

Leg Revive Therapy is a gentle, circulation-boosting massage designed to ease swelling, fatigue, and heaviness in the legs and feet.

During pregnancy, your body naturally retains more fluid, and the pressure from your growing baby can slow down blood flow—leading to swelling in your lower limbs. After childbirth, your body works to eliminate excess fluids and tissues, which can also cause puffiness or water retention in the legs.

But swelling isn’t limited to pregnancy alone. It can also result from prolonged standing, post-exercise recovery, or certain medical conditions—causing discomfort in your feet, ankles, and legs.

Leg Revive Therapy helps reduce this fluid build-up by stimulating the lymphatic and circulatory systems, leaving you feeling lighter, more relaxed, and recharged.

Recommended from 16 to 36 weeks of pregnancy or anytime your legs need a little relief.

Addressing Common Pregnancy Discomforts

Benefits of Leg Revive Therapy

By stimulating pressure points and encouraging lymphatic drainage, Leg Revive Therapy helps release built-up tension, promote deep relaxation, and support the body’s natural detox process—leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more energised.

Preparation and Consultation

Our massage consultant will discuss with you your pregnancy stage, concerns, and medical history prior to the massage. Mothers-to-be must be between 16 to 36 weeks pregnant.

Massage Techniques

You will be comfortably positioned on your side, supported by soft pillows to ensure safety and ease. We use gentle, flowing strokes to ease swelling, boost circulation, and relieve heaviness in your legs—common during pregnancy.

Focus Areas

Our therapists pay close attention to areas of tension commonly experienced in the feet, ankles and lower legs. The massage targets specific discomforts such as foot pain, ankle swelling, and leg tension, providing relief and promoting overall well-being.

Our Prenatal Massage Oils

We use a water-soluble massage oil that contains grapefruit seed extract, which makes it easily absorbed into the skin and adds moisture. Our prenatal massage oils are 100% safe for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. As your belly expands, our massage helps reduce dryness and itchiness, minimising visible stretch marks.

Regular sessions helps prevents further damage to skin, ie. stretch marks.
