Most mums book Body Slim Detox from around six weeks after delivery, once the wrap-and-recover phase of our signature Jamu postnatal massage is behind them. From there, it's a targeted programme designed to help you regain your pre-pregnancy figure naturally and effectively, without diet protocols or invasive treatments.

Massage Techniques

You'll be positioned comfortably on a massage table, lying supine (on your back) or prone (on your stomach), with bolster pillows where needed. The session combines intensive, targeted strokes designed to break down stubborn fat deposits, mobilise lymphatic drainage, and improve circulation through the targeted regions.

Pressure is firm but never punishing. If anything feels uncomfortable, the therapist adjusts in real time.

Optional add-on

Binder & Jamu

For mums who want the full traditional postnatal experience, we offer an optional Jamu paste wrap at the end of the slimming massage. The paste is pure quality with a higher concentration than creams, aiding in preventing sensitivity and effectively shrinking the uterus.

Jamu masks support lochia discharge, dispel wind and dampness, and improve milk production. After application, the therapist wraps your abdomen with our breathable, washable cotton bengkung.

Our massage oils are infused with lemongrass and ginger, which provide a warm, gently energising aroma and play an active role in the slimming protocol.
