Beginning Your Journey
When should I begin Prenatal Massages?
We recommend mothers-to-be to go for a prenatal massage between 16 to 36 weeks of pregnancy.
If you are more than 36 weeks in your pregnancy and wish to have a prenatal massage, we require a Doctor’s letter of approval before commencing the service.
When should I begin Postnatal Massages?
For normal delivery, massage sessions will begin after 7 days.
For caesarean section (C-section), we recommend beginning sessions after 3 weeks or with the recommendation of your gynae.
When should I begin Lactation Massages?
You may have a lactation massage one (1) day after delivery.
Do you have discounts or first-trial rates for new mummies-to-be?
We have first-trial rates for first-time customers of BMB. Do enquire with us for the rates.
If you have chosen one of our partner hospitals (Mount Elizabeth Novena/Orchard Hospital or Mount Alvernia), you may be entitled to special discounts with our prenatal, postnatal or lactation packages. Check our Partner page for more information or enquire with us.
Are your products safe for pregnant women?
Products used in our massages and facials are safe for pregnant women.
Are rental massage beds included in your home-service Postnatal Massage packages?
Rental of massage bed available upon request at $130.00 for use throughout the duration of the package. Any extension is chargeable by per-day basis.
Bookings & Appointments
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.
What happens if I’m late for my appointment?
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full session fee will still apply.
Are your services suitable for all individuals?
Our services cater to a wide range of customers. However, we advise individuals with certain medical conditions (such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, or skin conditions) to consult their doctor before booking a session.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, we recommend making a reservation in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
To ensure a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only the client receiving the service be present in the treatment area.

Do you offer group bookings?
Yes, we offer group bookings for special occasions. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Can I book a spa service for someone else?
Yes, you can book an appointment on behalf of someone else. Please ensure they arrive on time and meet the requirements for the service.
Gift Vouchers
Where can I purchase a gift voucher?
Our gift vouchers are available for purchase at our spa location or online through our website.
How long is my gift voucher valid?
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be extended.
Can I use my gift voucher for any service?
Yes, gift vouchers can be used for any of our spa treatments at ala carte prices, unless otherwise stated.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options. Please check with our reception for more details.
Can I get a refund for my spa package or gift voucher?
All sales are final, and refunds are not provided. However, we allow rescheduling of services within the specified timeframe. Please refer to the terms and conditions for our full refund policy.
