Why is Prenatal Yoga essential?
Yoga builds physical strength and mental stamina, and promotes relaxation and calm. This makes it a wonderful preparation for childbirth. Our Prenatal Yoga classes target spinal alignment and building of the birthing and pelvic floor muscles, and deep breathing techniques.
We recommend this class for mummies between 20 to 36 weeks into their pregnancy. Classes are capped at a maximum of 8.
